Our service vehicles are fully equipped and carry a wide range of spare parts to allow a first time fix whenever possible.

We have dedicated and experienced Service Controllers at each of our Industrial Branches who will take details of your problem and dispatch an appropriate local engineer to you quickly. Wherever possible we aim to offer a same day response (or next day for non-critical requests).

Our engineers are uniformed and well presented and all of our service vehicles carry the necessary risk assessments, method statements and documentation in order to comply fully with our clients’ Health and Safety policies. With 30 years of experience in providing our customers with a high quality level of field service, you can trust us to provide you with a timely and professional solution.

It’s a well-known fact that well-maintained forklift batteries last longer. However, with increased pressure on staff and a lack of manpower, we understand that it is often difficult for customers to find the time to maintain their batteries properly.

This lack of maintenance can invalidate manufacturer’s warranties, put trucks out of action and can cost your business money and cause great inconvenience. ECOBAT Battery Technologies Industrial Division can offer you a maintenance contract and take this responsibility away from your staff.

We can arrange for our experienced engineers to make regular visits to your premises to suit your requirements. We can carry out all of your battery electrolyte monitoring, clean your batteries, carry out safety checks and minor repairs and inspect your batteries and report on their condition at a frequency to suit you.

Please contact your local Industrial Branch for further information.
